Description of Services:

Adult day program provides social, recreational and therapeutic activities for frail older adults and those living with mild cognitive impairments * help to support family caregivers * nutritious meals included - breakfast, lunch and snacks

About Us

Flourish Adult Day program offers activities that help stimulate the brain and slow down the progression of cognitive decline. The program brings our clients to a community where they feel that they belong and excited to return.
