Personal support work * assists with personal care and supports activities of daily living
  • advocacy and coordination of medical and social services
  • companionship
  • respite care
  • home and property maintenance
  • coordinates driving/transportation to medical appointments including Orillia, Owen Sound, Barrie or Toronto
  • organizing, decluttering or moving
  • administrative assistance (forms, bills, etc)
  • errands (appointments, shopping, banking, etc)
  • meal preparation
  • basic mobility exercises
