Community-based program focused on respiratory health and supports to assist in quitting smoking

Services available:
  • one-on-one weekly support 
  • free nicotine replacement supplies such as patches, gum, lozenges, or inhaler
  • education
  • discussions on various methods of quitting
  • counselling
