Recovery services through education and support to assist in transitioning from hospital to community * services available within hospital setting and at Community Health Hub in Midland

Education Services

  • assistance with accessing available funding opportunities
  • adult literacy programs

Vocational Services
  • employment skill development
  • continued support to sustain work opportunities
  • ability assessment to adapt to needs of business
