Provide opportunities for training, skill development and employment to support individuals entering into the workforce. Ongoing support, job shadowing, counselling, training, and education is provided. Inclusion criteria: - have a mental health diagnosis provided by a medical practitioner or a clinical psychologist. - are 18 years of age or older
