  • Individuals with Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes

  • Gestational Diabetes

  • Type 1 and Type 2 pregnancy

  • Impaired glucose tolerance

  • Impaired fasting glucose

  • Individuals at high risk

Description of Services:

Offers various programs and services for individuals living with diabetes to better manage their health including the following:
  • School programs and visits
  • Client support groups
  • Foot Care workshops
  • Presentations to the public and to health care providers
  • Community screening
  • Cooking classes
