Application

Referrals must be received from a Psychiatrist, General Practitioner, Pediatrician, or Nurse Practitioner. It is a requirement that clients are followed by the referring /supporting physician.

Description of Services:

Provides individual therapy for adults and youth and time-limited group therapy for adults. Offers consultation and education for patients and family members as well as community and hospital programs. A full comprehensive assessment will be conducted to confirm a diagnosis of an eating disorder. The team will then offer evidence-based intervention such as Family Based Treatment or Cognitive Behaviour Therapy - Enhanced for those that meet the criteria for an Eating Disorder. Inclusion Criteria: support of primary care provider; diagnosis of anorexia, bulimia, binge, or eating disorder not otherwise specified (NOS).
