Description of Services:
Supports urban Indigenous youth to achieve success based on self-determination and cultural reclamation
Provides supports that promote mental health
Facilitates access to Elders and Traditional Knowledge Holders
Offers programs that include cultural teachings, traditional medicines, food education and language retention
Services may include:
Individualized services and peer counselling
Plan of care and case management if required
Youth culture camps with access to water/land based activities
Sharing circles, storytelling and peer based activities
