Description of Services:

Housing information, help and advocacy
  • Housing types include co-ops and non-profits, public housing, private market units, barrier free units and transitional housing units
  • Clients can access information on all types of rental accommodation
  • One-on-one coordinator assistance
  • Provide counselling and connect clients with other service agencies or landlords to obtain or retain housing
  • Emergency financial energy assistance programs - Keep the Heat
  • Day program called Housing and Homelessness Help Hub (H4) located at 400 Wyandotte St E. H4 provides access to basic needs such as shelter, food and water and acts as a bridge to accessing housing and supports.
