Mental Health Services provides assessment and treatment for people with serious mental health problems and their families to decrease suffering and improve quality of life * provides leadership and expertise in the assessment, stabilization and treatment of individuals and their families with serious mental health concerns * emphasizes sound clinical treatment with therapeutic interventions to optimize level of mental health functioning.
Made up of six multidisciplinary clinical teams that provide specialized yet integrated and coordinated services: Adult Outpatient Program, Adult Inpatient Program, Family and Youth Clinic, Schizophrenia Clinic, Psychiatric Assessment Services for the Elderly and the Family and Youth Clinic and Regional Community Treatment Order Program.
