• Assisted Living Program Support workers assist high-risk seniors living in the community by providing assistance with personal care tasks like dressing, grooming, bathing, housekeeping, and laundry* care coordination, medication reminders, and security checks * visits and social support * support staff available daily to attend in the homes of clients

• Community Support Services for Seniors Various programs provide supports to help older adults maintain independence while remaining in their home and community

• Health Promotion One-on-one and group sessions to promote health and to assist people in navigating the health system connecting with community programs and linking to available social services
