Description of Services:

Support workers assist high-risk seniors living in the community by providing assistance with personal care tasks like dressing, grooming, bathing, housekeeping, and laundry* care coordination, medication reminders, and security checks * visits and social support * support staff available daily to attend in the homes of clients
